An all-time favorite as lovely as her namesake. Very large rosy pink densely-packed flowers have lighter margins and various degrees of carmine splashed within petal layers. Petal edges have a very characteristic ruffling, almost "fringed" in appearance, like tissue-paper flowers, which is truly gorgeous. Very fragrant and late-blooming. Heavy blossoms benefit by staking. Suited especially to cooler-Spring climates, and especially cold-hardy. (2-3 eye)
