Our products are backed with a performance and identity guarantee, as long as you adhere to our planting recommendations, climate zones, and as long as you do not attempt to grow them as houseplants or grow them in undersized pots. Just notify us of any problems by August 31, 2009 to initiate a claim for refund or replacement.

We provide full planting instructions with every order and are always at your service for "live person" support to handle your concerns.

Paper Catalog

Our color catalog (yes, genuine paper), while glossy and attractive, is less comprehensive and less detailed than our website, and cannot be kept current as we run out of stock. Its primary purpose is to serve those customers who don’t use a computer. You will find brief descriptions and color photos of many (but not all) of our offerings. We mail the catalog by bulk mail once a year in late January or early February. . If you have ordered in the past 1-5 years you will receive the catalog automatically, depending on where you live. We deactivate distant inactive addresses sooner than local inactive addresses.

HOW TO REQUEST A CATALOG FREE OF CHARGE

Go to our “Contact us” page on the menu to your left, and send us an email asking for the catalog. Include your name and address in the message because our computer doesn’t know anything about you.

If you request prior to our bulk mailing you will receive THIS YEAR’S catalog edition early this year.

If you request AFTER the bulk mailing you will receive NEXT YEAR’S catalog. when the time comes.
